Basics of Pistol Shooting Phase II

Basic Pistol is an NRA program taught by certified NRA instructors for beginners or those whom have not shot for a long time and need a refresher. The course covers criteria for individual selection of a handgun, firearm safety, the basic fundamentals of shooting, and cleaning. Handguns are provided for those without their own. To insure that people select and purchase the right handgun for their use, it is recommended that beginners NOT purchase one until after they have taken the class. Classes are from 8-5 and include live fire. The class is open to club members and the general public.
Class fee - $90

We teach and live the NRA 3 rules for safe gun handling:
1: ALWAYS keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
2: ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
3: ALWAYS keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.
